Appraisal

I was in a bit of a time crunch to get an appraisal for insurance. I called another place and their appraiser couldn't even talk to me until next Tuesday. But within hours of contacting Armin, I had an appointment the next day (and he even could have fit me in the day I contacted him, the times just didn't work for me). I was really impressed with the customer service and accommodation! The appraisal itself was super easy and Armin was very expedient although I felt he took great care with my rings and did a very thorough job with the appraisal. He explained the appraisals and prepared them consistent with the guidelines of my new insurance companies preferences, which is something I didn't know was possible and clearly showed his experience and attention to detail. He cleaned my rings and sent me home with jewelry cleaner! Armin worked with me on the price of the appraisal as well, which I was truly appreciative of! I would definitely recommend Armin for appraisals and I will surely use him in the future. The store also has very beautiful jewelry and rings in particular, so I am sure I will be back to do some shopping :)

We were in need of an insurance appraisal for a family heirloom diamond and after checking online recognized that we would be near the UTC mall. We arrived as they were opening and without an appointment. We were welcomed like returning clients and recognized and appreciated for our military service. They kept us informed and within visible sight of our diamond throughout the process. The value of having an onsite appraisal became apparent as we were provided an up close and personal reintroduction to our rock and certified paperwork in less than an hour. We felt confident with them and would trust them with our all our jewelry needs in the future.

I recently needed to obtain a diamond appraisal on my late mother's wedding ring. After calling and scheduling the appraisal for this weekend I was met at our appointed time by Armin, GG, CPG, AJP, GIA, IGS. I probably spent a good 30 minutes in their store with this very knowledgable and professional young man and I was treated very well. He offered me water and he made sure that I knew that I was welcome to watch everything he did with my mother's ring before he cleaned or removed the diamond from the setting. Nothing was done without my complete understanding and approval.
After providing me with the required appraisal, both he and the manager explained what my options were and offered whatever assistance they could give me going forward. I left feeling completely informed and very valued as a customer.

I went in today to get a loose diamond appraised and set in my existing setting. Emil gave me total piece of mind by making sure my diamond never left my sight during the appraisal and setting process. He checked in on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable with the process...I was. Their master jeweler did a great job setting my stone. Armin, the appraiser, was also great as he appraised my diamond and gave me a professional appraisal report. In just a couple of hours, this place earned my trust (which is a tall order) and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is anxious about trying a new jeweler.
