Once your item has been packaged, it will be shipped to you via an appropriate qualified carrier. Your purchase will be shipped to you fully insured by us at David and Sons. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering due to shipping before signing as received.
We only ship domestically to all 50 US States. We currently do not ship internationally – however, we work on a case to case basis. If you would like to purchase internationally, please contact us directly and we will make an informed decision.
To plan when to expect your order, you will find an estimated ship time listed in the product details for each items. Shipment time will vary item by item, considering some items, such as eternity bands, must be created by our master jeweler which can take 6-10 weeks. Items that are in-stock, may take substantially less time to arrive.
We currently offer free standard shipping on all items purchased with us, shipped within the Continental United States of America – Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a shipping fee. For expedited shipping, price will vary.
We do not offer returns on orders purchased from us.
We offer a 30 day exchange policy on all items purchased from us within 30 days of first attempted delivery date of item for an item of equal or greater value, for in-stock items only.
Hand Selected Conflict-Free Diamonds:
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds and diamonds that warranted harm. We ensure this policy through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations. We only purchase diamonds through the most respected suppliers who, like us, adhere to and enforce the Kimberley Process.
We offer free polishing, rhodium plating, cleaning, and inspections for all items purchased from us for life. In order to take advantage of this offer, please bring your item to our showroom in San Diego. For those who cannot do so, we also allow for the item to be shipped to us for maintenance. To take advantage of this, the cost of shipping, both to us and back to you, must be covered by you, the purchaser of the item. Also, insurance on the item for shipping, both to us and back to you, is the responsibility and cost of the purchaser of the item.

Most Rings and engagement rings are subject to free sizing upon purchase. However, for eternity rings/bands, and for rings/bands with certain designs that cannot be sized, our master jeweler must hand create the ring/band for you specifically. As such, please contact us for help discovering your ring size.
We offer one free sizing on your item within the first year of first attempted delivery date for all rings/bands that can be sized. Some rings/bands, such as eternity and intricate designs, are excluded from this offer – considering they cannot be sized.
We offer 100% of original purchase price of the center diamond, tax excluded, towards the purchase/upgrade of another diamond twice (2x) the amount of the original diamond. In order to take advantage of this program, the diamond must be in original condition to that of its purchase condition. Any damage voids the ability to upgrade your diamond with us. Both the original diamond and upgraded diamond must be purchased from us. For questions regarding any other upgrade, please contact us as it varies on case to case situations.

We provide a free appraisal for insurance purposes on all items purchased for $2,500 or more, tax excluded – or if requested.
